Pivotpromotions is seeking a Casual Frontshop Assistant (Fixed Term) for Long Beach Mall in Noordhoek, Western Cape, South Africa. The role focuses on accurate stock storage, maintaining displays and pricing, and handling customer exchanges and returns under the Frontshop Leader’s guidance.

You will be working in a fast-paced frontshop environment at Long Beach Mall, with responsibilities including maintaining store presentation and assisting customers with purchases and returns in line with

• Stock handling and merchandising knowledge may be advantageous.
• Customer service orientated.
• Attention to pricing and labeling accuracy.

• Ensure merchandise displays, labels and pricing are correct at all times and report all price discrepancies to management.
• Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returned goods by customers when authorised to do so by the Frontshop Leader.
