Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the cash register onboard a cruise ship
Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized cash register area
Ensure correct pricing and product information is displayed at all times
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking when necessary
Follow all cash handling procedures and security measures to prevent theft and discrepancies
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
