Customer Service Responsibilities
- When passing any customers ensure that you greet them in a friendly manner.
- Assist all customers in a calm, courteous and professional manner.
- Direct customers to the correct product section based on their request.
- Engage all clients through enthusiastic product presentations based on their request.
- Provide all clients with detailed product information, and advice based on their request.
- Handle all telephonic customer queries in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner.
- Set-Asides, IBTs and / or special orders must always be offered to customers and handled according to the correct company policy or procedure.
- Effective Processing of Customer Transactions on the POS system.
Stock & Merchandising Responsibilities
- Checking and receiving of stock as per the correct policies and procedures.
- Packing and labelling of stock as per the correct policies and procedures.
- Grouping and placing of stock onto the sales floor in its allocated areas.
- Merchandising of stock on allocated fixtures including, but not limited to, the national merchandising standards.
- Assisting with the execution of campaigns and promotions.
