Job summary

Izicash is seeking a proactive Cash in Transit (CIT) Manager for the Paarl branch in South Africa. You will lead operations, manage resources, and ensure adherence to rigorous security standards while driving profitability and service quality.

The role focuses on financial performance, contract management, and risk controls, with responsibilities spanning fleet oversight and personnel development to meet contractual commitments and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• A three-year tertiary qualification in business or general management.
• PSIRA Grade B and CIT certification.
• Experience managing multiple sites is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: monitor and manage the financial performance of CIT services and operations.
• Team Leadership and Development: lead and support branch personnel, including recruitment and induction.
• Customer and Contract Management: maintain and develop CIT contracts and customer relationships.
• Risk and Compliance: manage risk and compliance across all CIT operations.
