We have an opportunity for an experienced Case Worker to work alongside people with disability and mental health needs receiving supports in the Kimberley WA. This role works across both disability Individualised Living Options (ILO) and mental health community engagement supports. The Case Worker will work directly with individuals and their supporters to ensure they receive high quality and safe support that is focused on achieving positive life outcomes. The position is permanent and based in Broome. Flexible working hours and arrangements are available. A laptop, iPhone and Tool of Trade vehicle will be provided.
