Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Report any changes in clients’ condition to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and activities.
  • Follow all safety and infection control procedures.
  • Attend training and staff meetings as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate and patient nature.
