A dynamic AgriTech Start-Up is seeking a Carbon Project Manager to lead the development of carbon credit projects and incentivize farmers to adopt Regenerative Agriculture practices. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree, strong organisational and research skills, and proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities include leading project initiatives and ensuring quality through collaboration. Passion for agriculture and the environment is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• A Degree that assists in organisational skills, research and/or understanding environmental functions.
• A good foundational knowledge of statistics and ability to understand complicated calculations or models.
• Strong Excel and report writing skills are required.
• Passion for Regenerative Agriculture and/or nature is essential.
• Effective leadership skills with a vision for team motivation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team cohesion towards a clear goal of developing high-quality agricultural carbon projects.
• Lead the South African Grazing Project.
• Perform research and feasibility studies for potential project opportunities.
• Manage project processes, including reporting and registry communications.
• Contribute to the direction of technology development for project monitoring.
