• Create and manage the project budget, tracking expenses.
• Identify and allocate the necessary resources to complete the project successfully.

• Select, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and contractors.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
