Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality or reservations required.

Responsibilities

• Processing bookings telephonically.
• Emailing clients booking confirmation.
• Charging credit card and sending updated confirmations.
• Issuing clients with Tax Invoices.
• Creating daily Arrivals list for Clients.
• Checking and signing off bookings for the next day.
• Following up on outstanding debtors.
• Conducting online chats.
