Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline.
• 7–12 years in private-sector strategy/management consulting with leadership experience.
• Strong capabilities in commercial analytics, diagnostic problem-solving and business operational modelling.
• Experience in high-intensity programme environments with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear commercial insights and practical solutions.
• Experience guiding consulting teams and delivering high-quality client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex consulting engagements and manage day-to-day delivery with high analytical quality.
• Structure and solve complex business problems; develop hypotheses and analytical approaches.
• Direct commercial diagnostics in pricing, sales effectiveness, contracting, margin and processes.
• Guide and develop consulting teams across jurisdictions.
• Translate analysis into executive-level insights and compelling presentations.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders at group and unit levels.
• Drive implementation and value realisation through practical initiatives and change management.
• Coordinate delivery across internal and client teams; manage risks and milestones.
• Support practice growth with thought leadership and proposal development.
