Job summary

A leading construction company is inviting applications for the role of Quantity Surveyor in Cape Town. The successful candidate will handle budget calculations, manage deadlines, and maintain client relations. A degree in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry is required. This is a Limited Duration Contract position, and preference will be given to candidates based in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a QS within the construction industry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be a South African Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost feasibility, approximate estimates, and Bills of Quantities.
• Assess subcontractor payments and conduct physical measurements on site.
• Compile and submit monthly valuations and cost reports.
