The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in organizational support and project management. Knowledge of gender transformative approaches and fluency in English is required. The position offers a salary range of $55,000 – $60,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing organizational capacity-building support.
• 3+ years of substantive training experience in participatory methods.
• Proven experience in project management and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organizational assessment for capacity strengthening.
