• Programme Purpose The CAPACITI Demand Academy 9 (ADS 6) - Sep is designed to equip participants with high-demand digital skills aligned to global and local IT trends.
• It bridges the gap between foundational IT knowledge and specialised workplace readiness.

Application Process and Criteria

No prior work experience needed.

• Minimum Requirements : - South African Nationality (Born Citizenship)- Between the ages of years old.
• Meet the minimum NQF level qualification—completed NQF Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience and qualifications in IT fundamentals (advantageous).
• Provide your academic record and certificate of highest academic achievement.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and understanding of IT concepts (Hardware, Software, Networking).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work well in a team and independently.
• No criminal record and a clear credit history.
• Be unemployed at the time of application.
• Able to attend full-time Monday to Friday (08 :
• : 00) and commit to the full 12-month IT Learnership Programme and commit to completing it.
• Must be an EE candidate and preference will be given to PWD candidates (People with Disabilities).

• Placement is not guaranteed, but CAPACITI will match candidates with our partner companies based on fit.
