Program Overview

ArcelorMittal South Africa is offering a 24‑month structured Graduate in Training programme in the Procurement Department. The programme incorporates learning through working alongside experts with coaching and mentoring on an accelerated development journey rooted in a high‑performance culture. Successful candidates will join on a fixed‑term contract for 2 years. After the programme, successful candidates will be eligible for permanent employment based on performance.
