  • Manage 3rd-party digital and print media partners ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Troubleshoot delivery compliance and reporting challenges.
  • Act as the clients gatekeeper to align bookings and creative with guidelines minimizing revisions.
  • Collaborate with Media Insights and Platform teams to integrate solutions and boost efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team performance and initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with mid to senior client stakeholders.
  • Proactively resolve issues to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Mentor and develop Campaign Managers / Executives on client-facing execution.
