We’re a fast-moving, results-driven below-the-line marketing agency, and we’re looking for a Campaign Coordinator who thrives in organised chaos, loves bringing campaigns to life, and knows how to get things done — on time, on brief, and on budget. You’ll be the engine room behind our campaigns — coordinating people, processes, and platforms to make sure everything runs smoothly in market.

Campaign and operations
  • Coordinate in-store, field, event and mall activations from planning to wrap-up
  • Ensure brand ambassadors are recruited, trained, allocated, briefed and ready to perform
  • Be hands-on during campaign launches and activations when required
  • Manage daily execution standards, compliance, and defect resolution
People and performance
  • Monitor brand ambassador performance against KPIs and campaign objectives
  • Maintain constant communication with field teams to keep energy, morale and standards high
  • Ensure only trained and approved brand ambassadors are deployed
Reporting and systems
  • Ensure accurate daily reporting, photos, proofs-of-life and check-ins via our systems
  • Quality-check sales figures, feedback and data for accuracy and realism
  • Compile and submit campaign stats, reports and reconciliations
Finance and stock
  • Coordinate petty cash, mileage and campaign expenses within approved budgets
  • Support promoter payment processes and reconciliations
  • Manage campaign kits, collateral, stock distribution and returns with the warehouse
Client and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, supervisors, suppliers and internal teams
  • Support client reporting and ensure delivery against agreed objectives
Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in campaign coordination, activation management, operations or project management
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once
  • Solid admin, reporting and Excel skills (details matter here)
  • Confident communicator — written and verbal
  • Solution-focused, calm under pressure, and naturally proactive
  • Comfortable working weekends when campaigns require it
