Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a luxury lodge or tented camp (essential).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional guest service orientation with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations, staff training, and HR basics.
• Financial acumen (budgeting, reporting, procurement).
• Valid drivers license; FGASA or guiding knowledge beneficial.
• Couples with complementary skills (FOH/F&B + Maintenance/Guiding) will also be considered.
