The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a similar role and a tertiary qualification in Hospitality. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary. The Camp Manager will oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring guest satisfaction and staff performance in a luxury environment. Responsibilities : Operational Management : Oversee day-to-day operations and guest movements, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Staff Management : Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Guest Services : Anticipate and cater to guest needs, providing exceptional customer service. Safety and Security : Monitor health and safety throughout the camp, ensuring compliance with regulations. Financial Management : Manage budgets, costs, and financial controls to support business sustainability. Qualifications : Experience : Previous experience as a Camp Manager or similar role in a luxury establishment (5-star).
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or related field (preferable).
Strong leadership and management skills. 3-5 years in a similar role and industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS).
Valid driver's license. Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends. Pay range and compensation package : R R.
