About The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Community Service team as an Administration Officer. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide professional and confidential front desk and phone‑based customer service.
  • Record and manage sensitive client information, ensuring accurate appointment communication.
  • Deliver high‑quality administrative support including document preparation and database management.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and general office logistics.
  • Assist with purchasing, invoice processing, and administrative HR tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful team culture focused on service, safety and collaboration.
About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Ability to relate to and assist a wide range of clients who may be distressed at the time of contact.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for a range of sensitive audiences.
  • Experience providing administrative support.
  • Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information and delivering high‑quality customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.
