Blacksmith Agency is seeking driven Sales Development Representatives to join across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, building contact lists and booking meetings with qualified decision makers to drive pipeline.

In this remote role, you’ll use tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft and Salesforce to execute personalized outreach at scale, while maintaining high-quality touches and accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
