Job summary

FNB is seeking a driven Call Centre Agent in Randburg to join the Commercial National Sales and Service team. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, resolve issues promptly, and maintain service levels in line with SLAs.

The role requires Matric, an NQF5 qualification, and at least 1 year of call centre or customer service experience within financial services. The position offers an opportunity to grow within a collaborative team, with a focus on service excellence

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• NQF level 5 qualification is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Call Centre/Customer Service within Financial Services.
