Call Centre Agent & Administrator

We're looking for a well-spoken Call Centre Agent & Administrator to join our team. If you're great with people, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Details
  • Location: Office-based, Montana Park, Pretoria
  • Contract: Fixed-term, 6 months
  • Working hours: Shifts within call centre operational hours (08:00)

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with all clients in a professional, patient and friendly way — both on the phone and via email.
  • Handle incoming calls, helpdesk tickets and walk-in customers, and follow up with clients.
  • Provide accurate information, guidance and support with general, account and technical queries.
  • Assist the team and managers with administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and / or Afrikaans, plus at least one other South African official language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Call centre experience.
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel).
  • Basic software and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Can work under pressure and learn fast.
  • Able and willing to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Reliable transport.
  • Clear criminal record.
