As the first point of contact for customers at the start of their claims journey, you'll play a vital role in supporting people during stressful times. Your interactions will range from handling home emergencies requiring immediate solutions to managing substantial property damage that may develop into full insurance claims.

About the Role

You’ll be working as part of a dynamic incident response team, handling:

  • Home emergency calls requiring instant remedy and coordination
  • Property damage claims that may expand to full insurance claims
  • Customer support throughout the initial claims process
  • Multi‑stakeholder communication with policyholders, insurers, and contractors

Your role is crucial in providing reassurance and practical support to customers when they need it most.

Working Hours & Flexibility

We're recruiting for various shift patterns to suit different lifestyles:

  • Full‑time flexi shifts: 7‑hour shifts, 5 days per week
  • Core hours: Between 8am – 8pm, Monday to Sunday
  • Advance notice: Shift patterns provided at least 6 weeks in advance

Essential Skills & Experience
