Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will craft personalized outreach using LinkedIn, email and phone, and book discovery calls for Account Executives.

This remote SA role requires grit, curiosity, and the ability to maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SalesLoft while driving pipeline and high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
