Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls with our Account Executives.

Remote (South Africa) and full-time, you will maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records, test messaging, and help tighten targeting through feedback with the sales team, while staying curious,

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
