Job Overview

The Automotive Call Centre Agent will manage both inbound and outbound customer calls, supporting sales and service activities within a busy automotive environment. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, assist with enquiries, and contribute to lead generation and appointment bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and assist customers with professional, accurate information.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, and promote dealership offers.
  • Record and maintain customer information accurately on internal systems.
