A leading holiday and community destination in South Africa is seeking a Customer Experience Team Leader for their cafe at The Shack. The role includes serving food and drinks, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with food safety. The candidate should be passionate about customer service and available to work weekends. Customers staying with us can choose from our two accommodation properties, including Discovery Parks – West Beach Parks South Australia’s largest and most loved Holiday Park with 126 cabins for different budgets and 333 caravan and camping sites. Alternatively, The Retreat at West Beach Parks offers a range of deluxe self‑contained shacks with 76 in total.

Located within our Holiday Park is The Shack – a café which provides hot and cold drinks, hot and cold fresh food, lollies, chips, ice creams, etc. and a small range of retail supplies to in‑house guests. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure an excellent guest experience is provided by The Shack Customer Experience Team.
