A leading fashion brand in Durban is seeking a CAD Artist / Technical Designer. In this role, you will collaborate with the design team to create detailed Tech Packs that translate creative briefs into apparel designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in Illustrator and Photoshop, a passion for fashion, and strong attention to detail. Qualifications

• Experience creating Tech Packs in the clothing industry is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in design software: Illustrator and Photoshop.

As a CAD Artist / Technical Designer at Kingsley Heath, you will work closely with our design team to produce TECH PACKS that translate creative briefs into stunning apparel designs that embody our brand's high standards for quality and fit.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating detailed Tech Packs that include flat sketches, colourways, annotations, specifications, and bill of materials.
• Collaborating with the design and planning team, sending comments to factories, and adjusting Tech Packs accordingly.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Tech Pack experience in the clothing industry would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
• A passion for fashion and the ability to interpret current trends in line with our brand's aesthetic.
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
