You will work with Essbase and HFM to source data, prepare monthly financials for the insurance portfolio, and support budget processes.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified CA(SA), ideally 0–5 years’ post-qualification.
• Experience with costing methodologies and IFRS in a finance context.
• Exposure to insurance sector and financial processes is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, analyze, and allocate costs across products, business units, and cost centres for financial reporting and decision-making.
• Assist with budget preparation, monthly cost reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve costing methods and data accuracy, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform monthly reporting on insurance portfolio and financials, including flash reports and CEO updates.
• Use Essbase and HFM to source and analyze financial data; approve invoices related to the short-term entity.
• Present monthly updates to stakeholders and contribute to the budget presentation.
