Job summary

Belay Talent Solutions is seeking a medium-level C# Developer with Kafka experience to design, build and maintain cloud-native microservices in a distributed fintech ecosystem. You will work on AKS/Kubernetes deployments, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and ensure robust production systems with strong observability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years C#/.NET Core development experience in production systems.
• Strong microservices design and domain-driven design knowledge.
• Proficiency in containerisation and AKS/Kubernetes deployments.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET Core microservices.
• Deploy and manage applications on AKS or on‑premises Kubernetes clusters.
• Collaborate with DevOps to optimise CI/CD pipelines and production delivery.
• Architect and maintain Apache Kafka clusters and related components.
• Implement and maintain observability solutions (OpenTelemetry, Grafana).
• Work with solution architects to ensure cloud governance and compliance.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production performance.
