Badger Holdings, via Softsure, invites a Mid-Level C# Developer in George to help power the Dotsure experience. You’ll join a close-knit team, work on established platforms and newer technologies, and take ownership beyond ticket-cycles.

With 2+ years in C#/.NET, you’ll engage across the stack (ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core) and SQL, delivering maintainable code and real customer impact, in a setting that blends a strong tech career with the Garden Route lifestyle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience, in a C#/.NET environment.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid working knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with ASP.NET/MVC and/or .NET Core.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL, including writing and troubleshooting SQL/T-SQL queries.
• Understanding of relational database design.
• Experience with source control and collaborative development workflows; Azure DevOps experience would be advantageous.
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, debugging, testing and maintainable code.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Join a close-knit development team in George to build, maintain and improve the systems supporting Dotsure.
• Tackle existing code, solve complex problems and build better ways of doing things across established platforms and newer technologies.
• Work with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Dapper, JavaScript, MS SQL, T-SQL and Azure DevOps.
• Deliver tangible impact for customers, internal processes and faster product delivery.
