Qualifications

• Relevant Certification or training in Inventory Management or a related field

Requirements

• Proven experience in Procurement. Assist in the in procuring, sourcing, pricing negotiating, receiving and ensuring correct labelling of stock.
• Proficiency in using QWIX barcoding and SAP B1 software and hardware.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock counting and recording.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.

Duties

• Search the market for specific products and services from multiple outlets to ensure quality, price and delivery periods are met.
• After investigating, official purchase orders will be created in SAP B1 and sent to supplier, follow through and follow up required.
• Ensure all stock items are correctly labelled using QWIX barcoding software and hardware to maintain organized and efficient inventory, further that the inventory is GRN’d correctly into QWIX and SAP.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment and stock control, as well as prices and technical data are consistently updated.
• Accurately input stock data into the inventory management system and maintain up-to-date records.
• Work closely with other departments, such as Production, Sales and Warehouse teams, to coordinate stock control activities.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of all stock movements, counts, and labelling activities.
