Job description

A trend-aware and commercially focused Fashion Accessories Buyer is required to drive the sourcing, selection, and development of seasonal product ranges across categories such as hair accessories, beauty, gifting, and kids’ fashion items. The ideal candidate will combine strong trend insight with solid retail and cost management experience, ensuring ranges are competitive, on-brand, and aligned with both local and international market demands.

Education & Experience
  • Degree or Diploma in Fashion Buying, Retail, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in fashion/accessories buying or product development (kidswear or FMCG experience advantageous).
  • Experience working with international suppliers, preferably China / Far East.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong trend forecasting ability and product development experience.
  • Commercial mindset with solid analytical and numerical ability.
  • Advanced Excel skills (costing, pivot tables, sales reporting).
  • Confident negotiator with strong communication skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Creative eye for design, colour, materials, and packaging.
Other
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally and internationally for sourcing trips and trade shows.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
