Butchery Team Leader

Location: CKs Distribution Warehouse, Embankment Road Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, SA15 2BT

Salary: £35,100 + Pension, Free parking and In house Canteen

Shift Pattern: 45 hours/week over 5 days (Days and Lates)

Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays

Role Overview

A hands‑on leadership role in a meat processing production department within our distribution centre. You’ll oversee daily butchery operations, lead a team of skilled butchers and operatives, and support the production managers to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production lines.

  • Ensure all meat processing and cutting operations meet safety and hygiene regulations
  • Manage production schedules and workflow to meet targets
