Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years butchery management experience; a Butchery Skills qualification is advantageous.
• Ability to cut, pack, manufacture and merchandise all butchery products.
• Excellent personal hygiene and work-environment hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Give customers undivided attention, recommend products, and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Follow recipe manual and ensure quality in product preparations.
• Maintain merchandising flow and keep categories together.
• Maintain cleanliness during production and report faults.
• Assist with administrative processes and conduct stock takes.
• Promote sales and oversee carcass cutting for profitability.
• Lead, monitor and coach direct reports.
