Qualifications

• 5+ years in management with P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in managing operations and achieving financial targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in developing growth strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities
