Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or BI.
• Minimum 3+ years in software development, business applications, or systems engineering.
• Experience with internal platforms, reporting tools, or low-code solutions.
• Strong data analysis and reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal business platforms and applications.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualisations for insights.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Configure and support business systems, including CRM and analytics platforms.
• Administer and maintain collaboration and document management systems.
• Implement and manage integrations and data flows across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education:

• Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in software development, business applications, or systems engineering
• Experience working with internal platforms, reporting tools, or low-code solutions

Technical Skills:

• Strong data analysis and reporting expertise
• Experience with BI tools and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI or similar)
• Practical experience with CRM/ERP or low-code platforms (e.g., Zoho or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools
• Experience with system integrations, workflows, and automation
