💼 About the Role

As the Business Performance Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the COO with the execution of key operational strategies.

You’ll use data-driven insights, financial expertise, and commercial thinking to evaluate performance, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency across multiple business units.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data modelling, operational reporting, and performance analysis across departments.
• Perform process and systems reviews, document findings, and propose optimisation strategies.
• Support change management initiatives to embed efficiency and accountability.
• Partner with business units to evaluate productivity, profitability, and risk.
• Prepare and present executive-level insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Claims, Collections, Finance, IT, and Client Service teams.

• Qualified CA(SA) – essential.
• Ideally Newly Qualified or with up to 2 years’ post-article experience.
• Alternatively, a strong Audit Manager ready for a first move into commerce.
• Highly analytical, commercially aware, and eager to understand how business operations drive results.
• A self-starter who enjoys solving problems and driving performance improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or a data-driven environment is advantageous.
