  • Lead and manage the network infrastructure, cabling teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives.
  • Foster a safety-focused culture adhering to all relevant safety standards and protocols.
  • Manage budgets, resource planning, and procurement activities.
  • Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of structured cabling systems.
  • Manage operations teams ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Supervise building management systems (BMS) including HVAC, access control, security, and fire systems etc.
  • Ensure all infrastructure meets industry standards and client specifications.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects department output
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting on project progress and issues.
  • Ensure all work complies with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits in all departments of the business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and updates to clients.
  • Handle client escalations effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements within the business unit.
