As part of our Ground Engaging Tools (GET) Business Line, we are seeking a Business Manager – Global Partnerships to lead the development of strategic relationships that drive growth, innovation, and value creation across global markets.

About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Product Management and Development, the Business Manager – Global Partnerships will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with key global partners — including OEMs, bucket and attachment manufacturers, mining technology providers, and complementary service or product companies.

This role plays a pivotal part in accelerating the GET Business Line’s global expansion through structured collaborations that enhance value delivery, expand market reach, and drive sustainable revenue growth across surface and underground mining sectors.

The GET Head Office is based in Brisbane, Australia; however, we are flexible regarding the location of this role. It can be based at any major Epiroc Customer Center globally, depending on the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential global partners in line with GET’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies, proposals, and business cases that articulate shared value and growth potential.
  • Lead partnership negotiations, performance reviews, and long‑term relationship management.
  • Drive commercial outcomes through joint ventures, licensing agreements, co‑marketing, and co‑development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver partnership objectives.
  • Monitor partnership performance, report on key metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Represent Epiroc in global markets, maintaining a strong industry network to anticipate emerging opportunities and trends.
About You

You are a strategic and commercially astute relationship builder who thrives in a global environment. You combine strong business development and negotiation expertise with a deep understanding of the mining ecosystem, OEM relationships, and technology partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing strategic partnerships at a global or regional level.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse cultures and markets.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and influence outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset aligned with The Epiroc Way.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

The opportunity to shape the future of the GET Business Line through strategic global partnerships.
