Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence for potential partnerships or acquisitions
  • Provide legal insight and ensure compliance across the company’s business interests
  • Follow up on outstanding reports and information required for meetings
  • Draft and prepare senior employee contracts
  • Review, update, and improve internal agreements (sales, shareholder, consulting, etc.)
  • Manage the annual audit process with auditors and internal accounts teams
  • Attend and assist with internal disciplinary proceedings involving senior staff
  • Manage administrative processes related to company brand principals (rebates, incentives, and legal notices)
  • Maintain accurate records of dividends, salary adjustments, life and short-term insurance policies, and claims
