Duties & Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and integrate systems.
• Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Create tools to store data and execute database queries for analysis.
• Develop visualizations and reports for projects.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate and improve data collection processes and data quality checks.
• Provide training and support to users on data analytic tools and techniques.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• BSC, BCom, or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven industry experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist (automotive industry experience is a plus), minimum 3 years.
• Proficiency in database management systems and BI technologies.
• Background in data warehouse design and data mining.
• Experience with BI technologies (preferably Qliksense or Microsoft Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and working with large complex data sets.
• Experience in other analytical tools such as Python or R. Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
