About the Role

Take data from numbers to insights that drive real business impact. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll transform complex datasets into actionable reports, uncover trends, and provide recommendations that shape strategy and improve performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to guide business decisions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support BI initiatives and contribute to data‑driven projects.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in BI, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
