Job summary

A consulting firm in Johannesburg is seeking a Business Development Sales Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development. The role involves maintaining key customer relationships, identifying growth strategies, and preparing performance reports. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, a Grade 12 Certificate, and preferably a tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain key customer relationships and target new business opportunities.
  • Identify and implement strategies for growth in line with annual business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze business yield, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Develop effective sales proposals, strategies, and quotations for high-value clients.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the National Sales Manager.
