Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You’ll own top-of-funnel activities, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This is a remote, full-time role in South Africa. You’ll use tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo, Sales Navigator and Salesforce to hit volume targets while keeping each touchpoint high quality.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Experience with Salesforce and maintaining your own pipeline.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Business Development Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
