About the Company

Our client is a U.S.-based B2B demand generation agency specializing in outbound-only marketing programs for enterprise technology companies. Operating primarily out of New York City, they manage campaigns across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Their mission is to connect technology vendors with key IT and business decision-makers through Qualified Appointment Setting, Channel Marketing, Event Recruitment, and Lead Qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to IT and business decision-makers across North America.
  • Promote and register qualified prospects for client-sponsored webinars, events, and briefings.
  • Use Dexter, Nooks, and HubSpot to manage outreach, log interactions, and track results.
  • Follow structured scripts precisely and update CRM records accurately after each call.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including:
    • Qualified prospects registered for events.
    • Prospects who attend events.
    • Manage no-show percentages.
    • Maintain consistent outbound call volume.
  • Must be based in South Africa
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ year experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead generation, within a B2B setting.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and dialing platforms.
  • Proven success speaking with IT or business professionals in North America.
  • Comfortable conducting high volume outbound calls
