Chartered Solutions is scaling fast – and we’re looking for ahigh-energy BDRto help us break into new markets. If you’ve got a hunger for outbound sales, know your way around a CRM, and understand the offshore staffing game, let’s chat.

About the role

You’ll be the engine behind our growth, booking meetings with accounting firms across theUS, Australia, and UK. Your day will be filled withcalls, emails, and hustle– all aimed at getting us in front of decision-makers.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and research target firms in the audit and accounting space to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand client needs and challenges in order to explain our value proposition.
  • Make outboundcalls/day
  • Send semi-personalised emails/day
  • Book8+ qualified meetings/month
  • Usea CRMto manage pipeline and reporting
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach strategies

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years experience in a B2B sales or BDR role (bonus if it's in outsourcing/offshoring)
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation or business development ideally within professional services, recruitment, or BPO/offshoring.
  • Great written & verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Zoho CRM or similar tools
  • A driven self-starter who thrives in remote work environments
