We are looking for a Business Development Representative / Account Executive to join our dynamic Cape Town Sales Team. If you’re a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Build a strong understanding of TransPerfect’s services, including their benefits and competitive advantage.
  • Identify and target prospective customers and organizations to drive sales activities.
  • Establish new client relationships through methods such as cold calling, online research, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
  • Educate clients on TransPerfect’s services, promoting their value and relevance to client needs.
  • Work closely with the Production Management Team to manage client expectations and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Oversee pricing and contractual matters, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Stay informed about clients’ industries, business goals, and company culture to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Take on additional projects or duties as needed to support business objectives.
