Job description

Looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing person who is interested in property management, software solutions, business development, and sales.

Location: Somerset West | Permanent | In-Office | R30K - R50K

Position Info:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Selling Property Management Software, a financial software package
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, Pastel, or other financial software)
  • Extensive administration skills required
  • Management experience is beneficial; candidate should have an outgoing, dynamic, and vibrant personality
  • Meet daily KPIs
  • Prospect to build your sales pipeline
  • Excel at closing deals end-to-end and become an industry expert
  • Negotiate deals, contracts, and legal documents
  • On-board new clients and manage your accounts
  • Impress clients with technical knowledge

Measures of Success:

  • Achieve a target number of conversions per month
  • Progress potential prospects through sales stages via appointment setting, demos, etc.
  • Upsell customers to additional software solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction with training and support

Required Technical and Professional Skills:

  • Handle significant outbound activity volumes
  • Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Conduct initial research before contacting prospects
  • Assist in creating and implementing proactive sales campaigns
  • Understand presentations, demos, and competitive differentiation
  • Stay updated on technology trends and best practices
  • Maintain a positive phone demeanor and proactively seek deals
  • Cold calling skills and ability to build quick customer relationships

Key Skills:

  • Goal-driven with ability to close enterprise-level deals
  • Interest in becoming a technical sales expert
  • Strong communication skills for presenting to Fortune 500 C-Level clients
  • Understanding of complex sales processes

Experience & Education:

  • Property management background with 2-3 years of experience
  • Preferably a diploma or degree in a related field
