We’re a fast-growing real estate development and investment company based in Cape Town, dedicated to helping investors and property owners achieve financial freedom through smart property strategies.

Our next growth phase is the expansion of our Property Management Division — designed to deliver professional, investor-grade management services to landlords, estates, and developers across the Western Cape.

We’re looking for a Business Development Partner — a driven, strategic relationship-builder who can take this division from concept to revenue.

The Opportunity

This isn’t just a “job.” It’s a partnership opportunity to build and scale a Property Management business with a developer-led company.

You’ll have full access to our brand, systems, marketing assets, and project pipeline — and you’ll drive growth by forming partnerships with developers, landlords, and estates.

You’ll lead business development, while our team handles operations, accounting, and maintenance delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and secure new property management contracts (landlords, estates, developers).
  • Build strategic partnerships with real estate agents, developers, and conveyancers.
  • Develop and refine pricing, proposals, and service packages.
  • Attend trustee, HOA, or developer meetings and present our management offering.
  • Maintain and grow a client CRM — tracking every lead through to signed contract.
  • Work with our marketing team to align campaigns with pipeline growth.
  • Represent the company at local real estate events and networking functions.
  • Ensure smooth handovers to the operations team for onboarding and retention.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or B2B sales (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of property operations and owner pain points.
  • Excellent communicator — confident presenting to trustees, investors, or developers.
  • Self-driven and proactive — thrives on autonomy and measurable results.
  • Based in or near Cape Town, with reliable transport.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus.

  • Created predictable monthly recurring revenue (R100k+ per month).
  • Become the face of the Property Management arm in Cape Town.
